The Missouri Golf Association (MGA) in cooperation with Turkey Creek Golf Center will be hosting a high school golf clinic for coaches, players and parents on Saturday, April 21, 2012. The mission of the MGA is to promote amateur golf in the State of Missouri and we believe this clinic will assist our mission and more importantly the junior players in the state. The clinic is designed to assist the high school coach with swing mechanics that will benefit your players, a practice routine for the players to make their practice of the game more effective and efficient and to assist the players and their parents to understand the process necessary to play at the college level.



Presenters will include Molly Higgins from the Future College Golf Association, Dennis Goettel and Al Chandler teaching Professionals and MGA staff rules of golf. College coaches from the area have been invited and will be available to answer questions. The following is the agenda for the clinic:

10:45 a.m. USGA Rules of Golf changes for 2012-2015

11:00 a.m. Swing clinic presentation and swing analysis



12:00 noon Closing Remarks
